Delivery guarantees may not apply during festival seasons. Personalised gift items will be delivered separately if ordered along with items like cake, flowers, etc. If address not found or recipient didn't pick up, the order will be considered as delivered and there will be no refund or reattempt. We don't do surprise delivery; the recipient may get a call from the delivery person in advance to check availability. Failing to provide a recipient phone number may delay or result in cancellation. Same Day Delivery is available from our network of local florist partners. Orders for delivery today must be placed by 4 pm in the delivery zip code. Cut off time for the delivery same day may vary on weekends and during peak holidays. Care Instructions
Cake
Immediately refrigerate the cake upon receiving until it is time to cut and serve. The cake should be consumed within 24 hours.
Flowers
Day 0: After receiving the flower bouquet immediately put in water if not already delivered in the vase. Day 2: Remove the flowers and change the water of the flower bouquet. Cut an inch off the stem of all the flowers, and remove any leaves that fall below the water line. Day 4: Change the water again, and cut approximately half to an inch off the stems of the flowers. Keep the flower bouquet away from direct sunlight and heat.
