When is my order going to ship?
Please check the Track My Orders area in My Accounts for the time frame in which your order is scheduled to ship. Items typically ship within 1-5 days of order. As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email confirmation.
Where do you ship?
Right now we ship to addresses in the selected cities of India. Please contact us at email@example.com if your city is not on the list. We will try our best to send you gift to your loved one. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to cities not listed. We are working on also shipping around the world.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer four shipping options, Free Normal, Free Same Day, Fixed Time, and Mid Night delivery. These delivery options are valid for flowers, cakes, chocolates, sweets, and teddies and will be delivered through our local vendors in the selected cities.
Note: Items delivered through courier can take up to 7 business days.
Free Normal Delivery - Free delivery in most of the cities in India. Delivery charges may apply for certain remote location. Terms and Conditions apply.
Free Same Day Delivery - If ordered before 4:00 PM IST and available in selected cities. Terms and Conditions apply.
Fixed Time Delivery – It will cost $2.99 and the order should be made before 24hours ahead of selected time. Available only in selected cities. Delivery time varies +/- 2 hours. Terms and Conditions apply.
Mid Night Delivery - It will cost $3.99 and order should be made before 4 PM IST. Available only in selected cities. Terms and Condition apply.
How is my order shipped?
We use a combination of local courier services. You will be provided the tracking number to track your orders 24x7.
What are shipping promotions?
From time to time Indian Gifts Gallery offers shipping promotions to some or all members. Such promotions are valid on selected or all cities in India only. Discount will show in the cart at time of purchase; may not be combined with other shipping promotions.
How can I track my order?
We will keep you updated on your order status via email: We will send you an email when your order is placed, and another email when your order ships. You can also check the status of your order anytime in My Orders in your account.
If the delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information hasn't changed, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Usually, packages arrive on (or shortly after) the carriers estimated delivery date.
